SCRS regularly organizes academic events in collaboration with global universities and institutions — each requiring its own co-branded certificates.
Co-branded complexity: Each event was run in collaboration with global universities and institutions, requiring uniquely co-branded certificates, adding design and distribution overhead to every event.
Manual certificate workflow: Certificates were designed in Canva or PowerPoint, participant data managed in Excel, and delivery handled via mail merge or individual emails — repetitive and time-consuming.
Repetitive setup for every event: Field positions, formatting, email senders, and branding rules had to be redefined from scratch for every event, with no way to carry settings forward.
No central repository: Issued certificates had no centralized storage or search. Email delivery failures required manual follow-ups with no visibility into what had or hadn't been received.
No Verification Mechanism: Despite its global reputation, SCRS had no way for recipients or third parties to verify certificate authenticity online.Limited Participant Visibility: Participants lacked simple ways to share their achievements on social media, limiting the reach and recognition of SCRS credentials.

Solution

ProofEasy enabled SCRS to modernize and centralize and centralize its certification workflow in a centralized platform without disturbing its creative flexibility.

SCRS continued designing certificates in familiar tools like Canva, Word, or PowerPoint, which were seamlessly imported into the platform. Each template is then independently configured with its own custom fields, branding, and email sender—making it easy to support co-branded events while eliminating repetitive manual setup.

Certificate generation and delivery are fully automated through customizable email templates, ensuring consistent, event-specific communication at scale.

Each certificate is:

Secured on a tamper-proof blockchain
Recorded immutably for authenticity
Instantly verifiable via SCRS-branded QR codes

Recipients can download their certificate, share via link, WhatsApp, or QR code, and publish achievements as digital badges optimized for social media.

All certificates are stored in a centralized platform and accessible through a dashboard that, allows SCRS to search, monitor of email delivery status, and re-send when required.
